Yes, I am telling you something in the account you created is setting off a flag. Maybe the ip address you using, a cookie, the info you used, even the type of card you are using.
I have gotten the message numerous times. Then have changed ip and email address and run ccleaner and registered a whole new account with the same info a card and approved a minute later. Then cleared info and logged back in to the original account and using same card got "technical difficulties message" When just 30 seconds ago it was fine and registered the other account.
Something is accidentally setting of a killbot and the only way around it is to have them reset the flags or for you to change ip and clear the cookie and try again with new email, but same info.
