Anyone know if this ALSO applies to UK accounts formed before 11/2007?

I recently got hold of one. My dad had opened it back in 2006 and left it. It's all mine now.

Yes they do. I'm using an 03 account that requires paypal as a payment option.

Whether it's on all categories - I don't know...

Sorry to bring up an old thread.. but if your dad opened this account, assuming he used real details at the time, would you not have his address on the account which has also been your address at some point? ie wouldn't the accounts be linked through the addresses on them?
