Connection questions

Hello all,
I recently read through the eBay stealth guide and I have to say that it is an extremely comprehensive guide!

I had a few questions though, regarding tracking:
1) I have AT&T U-Verse (with the 3801HGV router) and read (here, on this forum) that the IP is static and can't be changed. What are my alternatives aside from replacing the router?

2) Could I perhaps purchase a 3G/4G wireless broadband USB card?

3) Is dial-up a successful alternative? I'm worried about the constantly changing IP address would be a red-flag and cause eBay to suspend a new account.

4) Also, I used to use the eBay (and PayPal) app(s) with my Android phone. When I get my stealth account up and running would I be able to use those apps with the new account? Or would they be able to link the new account to my previous account based solely upon the phone's 3G network? Would everything be okay, providing I didn't link that phone number to eBay/PayPal?

1. No real comment of value.
2. Yes - that would give you different IP for different accounts.
3. I use dial-up all the time - keep the cookies in place for each account, nice and separate and it works well but SLLLLLLOOOOOOOOWWWW =(
4. No experience.

Dial-up seems like one of the safer methods from what I've read, I'll give it a try.
