Buying Wifi service

Ok... i know alot of people use the computers at their public library etc etc...but i live in downtown Toronto and i buy the Toronto Hydro One Zone Service just about every month so basically i can connect with six square kilometres in Toronto's downtown core (largest wifi service in canada). So basically i have access to alot of different IP address. for eg. When im in downtown Toronto the IP says im in winsdor completely different city...i go to another coffee shop and it locates me in Bolton...another city. Rarely am i ever located IN toronto. Is this a good thing...i think it looks a bit suspicious because how could i be moving around in different cities that quickly and its not like im trying to do this thats just the IP location they randomly give me. Do you think ebay would think this is suspicious?

are these IPS within a radius close to your registered ebay address? If they are, there should be a problem. I understand that within 100 mile radius is OK although it may be more.

I can't imagine eBay would suspend you based on this alone. If that were so, millions would lose their accounts. I think most ISP's have IP addresses that register all over the country.
