iPad Tracking?

I was banned from ebay and paypal and made a stealth account. With my PC I can use Ccleaner and everything works fine. But was wondering if the iPad works like that when dealing with ebay/paypal. Do I need to use some kind of cookie cleaner on the iPad?

I know that it is obviously a different device and ip address but I'm not sure if it would be linked to a banned account! Please help!

There's an app called Switch that works like windows users, once you're logged in to the Switch user account being used with your ebay ID you don't need to clear cookies just use your iphones hotspot for a new ip.

How about if you use two accounts and want to use the eBay app? Are you safe signing in that with different usernames asking as the ip address is different each time? Because you can't upload images on eBay going through safari

I don't think you are safe. The iPad only has one IP address if you are using Wifi.
