see if you can use another VPN that has an IP in the same area to log in. It could be your browser setting: see if you have javascript on or cookies enabled.
I don't have any IP's in the same area unfortunately. I just got one of my accounts limited as well and all I've done on that account is log in and enter by bank information. It seem some IP's work and others don't.
Should I have those disabled? I use separate user accounts.
I suppose its geography. I live in Canada and have a bunch of US accounts. I have one that is Canadian that I use without VPN. Is there a better way than VPN?
I think it may be ISP blocked from just https secure sites because even gmail login and stuff I can't access. Also, the STTP servers still work fine. I have access to two of my accounts. The problem is Blacklogic only gives me 2 US STTP servers. Anyone know of a service that gives you more?
Don't know why one was limited tho. I wasn't even using it. They said it was random screening or something.
STTP VPN's, if you didn't know, are supposedly unblockable by ISP. That's why I think it is my isp bloacking me. Then again, I tried with a different internet connection (diff isp) and it still didn't work... so I duno.

Sure and paypal are nice.....
Fro what I have found out, ISPs can & do block VPNs.
Options for you?
Dial up
Tethering a cell phone
VPS
Should you look at posts of mine, I tell ALL users based in North America, they have options other than VPN. I tell them these are working options based on what is done by sellers

Well from what I have found out there are different kinds of VPN's and STTP VPN servers are supposedly unblockable by your isp. Hence probably why those ones still work for me. Just need more of them.
I have used VPN for years and it has always been super convenient and relatively cheap and have never got me limited. Until now I suppose.
The only other option for me would be VPS, dial up and tethering wouldn't give me an ip from the US, and both are slow/annoying to use.
