I have one ebay account from my pc and ip

my friend give me his email id which he use in ebay
He hot one question by a customer

If i reply customer question only via email

Then ebay can think that we are using multiple accounts??

Is there any risk if i reply him

Is ebay will get my ip??

If you reply to him DIRECTLY - not via eB - unlikely to link. While its not good to work with old info, direct e-mails wont link.
