Windows Phone/Iphone to use with multiple email accounts

So, the question is if you can read emails (Gmail) on your Windows Phone or Iphone from multiple stealth accounts? Is there a possibility the accounts will be linked? Is there a difference if you access the internet by your data plan or wifi?

Make sure images are disabled, do not click any links and never ever use the apps.

Very possible, right now I use ibismail for iPhone to handle my emails but I don't reply from my phone.

If you use your gmail, turn off images and beacons - disable.
