Windows Phone/Iphone to use with multiple email accounts

So, the question is if you can read emails (Gmail) on your Windows Phone or Iphone from multiple stealth accounts? Is there a possibility the accounts will be linked? Is there a difference if you access the internet by your data plan or wifi?

If you use your gmail, turn off images and beacons - disable.
