EBay Tracking By Using PayPal

I have been blocked by EBay. I have continued to bid on EBay using a friend's account. So far, I have let him pay for the items and then reimbursed him. Since I was blocked, I have also changed my IP, but am still using the same PC. My bidding is done by a bidding tool. My questions are as follows...

1. Can EBay track my use of this other account?
2. If I use my existing PayPal account to pay for items that were won by his account, can they track that and jeopardize his account?

1 - Which account are you refering to here? Your friends? If its on the same PC, then it will have been linked with yours unless you have followed stealth methods.
2 - Yes doing this will potentially cause him issues with his account

From what you are saying, a link could already exist. Do NOT use your pp on his account.

So much easier to make new stealth account just for buying...and you can sell later on.
