I'm new to eBay stelth and looking at setting upy first account my question is can ebay trace the use of iPhones and iPads for log in details to an account

If you are using the APP then yes. You need to avoid the APP

Using a browser on the phone is fine, just make sure you do not link accounts though cookies.

Much better to use a laptop and use the phone for tethering.

We advise avoiding the apps always.

I have got the stealth guide yes and reading through it question though I have the iPhone 5 at the moment and going for the 5s will the change give me a new identity? Thanks

If your determined and stubborn about using your Iphone don't use the apps, I suggest you look into an Iphone Browser called "Atomic Web".

Certainly the iPhone is usable for stealth.

Make sure to AVOID the eBay apps. It is dangerous.

Follow MM78's advice.
