| Before going that route, first ensure you're IP being provided from your ISP is truly dynamic (it may be dynamic, but just a sticky IP or have a very long lease time).
Secondly, if your IP is dynamic, having multiple routers doesn't mean you will have a different external IP for each router.
Your ISP will provide 1 external IP per customer. If you require more from your ISP, they will charge you more, which costs more money. Most ISPs will offer multiple static IPs to you, but of course, that will costs more $$$
Your best bet might be to have multiple dongle's OR....
Having a variation of each of these:
1. IP from your ISP
2. USB Dongle
3. Tether from your phone
4. Dial-up
