Which one is easier to get a new IP Dongles or Dial Up

Which one is easier to get a new ip with faster and at will..Dongles or Dial Up?...Forget about changing IP at will with ethernet cable... I plan to keep the ethernet and get a Dongle or dial up...Can that be done..To have 2 ...ethernet and a dongle...or ethernet and dialup

Faster is dongle - dial-up is sloooooooow.

Stick with the dongle for speed. Dial-up has it's advantages for getting IPs from out-of-state, out-of-country BUT you need a good long distance plan.

Using a dongle, how do you change the IP address? I am assuming it's using whatever IP address is assigned to your phone by the provider?

A dongle is just a USB Modem not a phone. In most cases you can unplug the modem and replug it or using whatever software comes with it you can just disconnect and reconnect.

The IP address assigned to your dongle (which is not your cellphone) can be changed by disconnecting and reconnecting.

Can you guys give an example of the ip address dongle your using? Are you buying several and switching them out per account? Thanks

Really, for dongle (unless you are operating many accounts AT SAME TIME), you only need one...you restart the connection and check IP each time you access the Net.

IP should change with reset.
