Default easytether android on verizon

Quick question for Verizon users before I buy a Verizon phone today.
I bought a T-Mobile phone to tether and T-Mobile blocks tethering. I use Sprint to tether and it's great, new ip address with airplane mode refresh. Is Verizon tethering similar to the ease of sprint tethering?

Tmobile dont block tethering if you use correct apps. Download pdanet on phone and your computer. In your settings make sure usb debugging mode is checked. Turn off google location services under your location settings in your phone. Then click pdanet icon on your phone. Once it starts to connect. Pdanet desktop gadget on your computer is at bottom of screen. Go to settings on that tray for pdanet on computer. There are 3 levels of hiding tethering usage. Click level 1. You now have unlimited undected free internet.

No such thing as not able to tether. Works with all us carriers. I do it daily with my verizon and tmobile androids

Hope this helped. And no,,, Most newer androids do not need no root and no new kernels

Hey, thanks for the reply. How hard is it to get a new ip address on Verizon? Are you able to get a new ip when you refresh with airplane mode?

Yes. Not as big as ip range as att or verizon per se but tmobile provides plenty enough however you must write down the ip addresses.

Hope that helps.
