I have created my first 3 stealth account new name, address, phone number, gmail and new paypal account. of course I did change the IP address before I did all of this and all the account with different IP and user account on PC.

Now the question is do I have to keep changing the MAC address every time I log in to each user account.

2. No, MAC address doesn't affect the IP nor can it be tracked.

You don't have to change your ip when logging into your different user accounts.But you do need to change the ip if you are planning on logging in to your ebay or paypal. Get the habit of changing IP address when logging into different users account and record all the used ip and check for repeats.

Nope, changing the MAC address is not needed at all given your description.

Changing your MAC has nothing to do with changing the IP, I always keep the same MAC and cookies for each Ebay and PayPal account, but for sure I separate the accounts
