Possible for eB or any website to track users by accessing 3rd party cookies?
I've been wondering about this and I wanted to ask someone that knows what he is talking about. I asked a tech guy I know and he was like "the question I have is what are you up to?". Can't stand people like that. You tell them about "a friend that was wondering" and they always assume it's you even if it REALLY is your friend.
Anyway what I was saying was can eBay for example configure its cookie reading to catch out aspkin cookies and link different accounts if your cash for eBay is cleared but you are logged on aspkin.com or your mail account while accessing 2 eBay accounts. Using aspkin/mail just as an example of course. What do you think?
