Maybe with AOL dial up??/

You can use proxies.

download "hide my ip" it's $40 but you can select where you want your ip address to come from

Doesn't eBay auto-suspend anyone who uses proxies?

ebay can detect proxies and does not like their use at all so an account may be suspended for their use.
