Heavy problems with 24vc

Hey there.
Im an israeli using US ebay acount via 24vc Dedicated IP.
Every time i open 2 + tabs on my google chrome, Every time i use the Dedicated IP for more than 10-15 min, Every time i open multi chrome windows.
My connection falls and big red X appears over the internet connection.
Than i need to log of and log on the 24VC to make the ip work.

if the 24vc isnt on , im able to do all the things without any problem.
Why is that? what should i do?

Hi, sounds like your firewall is blocking the VPN connection if it's dropping so frequently.

Are you using L2TP to connect? If so you should switch to OpenVPN as that usually solves this type of problem for people with excessive firewalls restrictions or government restrictions.

Open a support ticket with the techs at m.24vc.com and they'll help you setup the VPN using OpenVPN

Contact 24VC to re-program the remote desktop.

I guess it is easy to fix.

I am not using 24 VC ,haven't had the problems you mentioned, but sometimes I cant copy and paste my files from computer desktop to remote desktop. Then I am going reset it , all fixed.
