Hello. Lets say i do have 3 stealth account and i'm using a hotels public wifi with my ipad on airplain mode, everytime i log to an ebay account i do delete the whole history as i'm using via safari, not an app. The question would be can my accounts get linked?

Yes you will be linked since all your account will be using the same IP.

Moreover, you will be using the same IP as all the other Hotel guests... this is not good for stealth acconts

So if i would use a laptop in an office and would have purchased a VPN from 123, would i be able to run like 10 stealth accounts from 1 place? Instead of changing my places for each stealth account all over the city?

masakiz, if you haven't done so, get the stealth guide. That would clarify a lot of your questions.

each account have to be SEPARATED from the others: different PC user, different IP, different infos EVERYTHING.

If you want to use VPN from 123 is fine but for 10 accounts you need to have 10 VPNs!!

An internet USB key with a decent pool of IPs could be enoug. Beware not to cross use the same IP between accounts. Keep a log of the used IPs.
