Just wondering if any one can help in telling me what the quickest and cheapest way was for me to get a new ip address that will stay the same. i have set up a new user account on computer but im stuck wit this ip i need to change. any help with this will be appreciated.

So what price range are you looking for? £1 a year? you have other options, you can Phone Tether, you can get a Mifi/Dongle, you can try DialUp.....
