joint bank accounts and CC AU (authorized users)

I have read the guide and searched the forum but not found answers to this specific question/situation.....

I have really bad credit and cannot open a bank account or CC myself..... so what about have a "good friend" open a bank account with me as a joint user? will that work with paypal? and what about me as an AU (authorized user) and my friends credit card account???

..... and finally will paypal eventually life the "account limitations" for withdrawl and spending after a specific period of time?? could I just wait out the time frame and bypass the need for adding a CC or bank account altogether???

With bank accounts you do not need to worry about names popping up and flagging your accounts. Since you cannot open a bank account you could ask a good friend to help open a account.
