Very much depends on the country I'd say. As it was stated before, they re-use the dedicated IP's. Now if you want a dedicated IP from the US or UK, then it's very likely that some other guy already used the IP and your account will go down in flames.

However if you want to use a Romanian dedicated IP (not sure if they offer) its probably a lot less abused and you might have good results in terms of 9 out of 10 working. However with the five eyes you'll rather need a fresh IP and they don't offer it.

i use nord vpn at the moment is this a good vpn? . im still trying to learn about stealth accounts. i am in uk. im a bit scared to buy one as they are a lot of money. which in turn i think is worth it. but if i buy one how do i withdraw money to my own account.. i send pms but i dont get the answer i really need.. just links to buying a stealth account?

Agreed, just the other day I had someone message me that they used NordVPN and their account was limited right away. NordVPN isn't made for stealth account usage.

build your own. Here is my advice get a vps online and than easily connect openvpn to it and you can have as many as you want just 3 bucks per ip and you buy it once.

There is no clean VPN provider, almost all of them IPs are blacklisted on paypal. In the past I have bought from IPburger, they offers fresh IPs but they are quite expensive

The best and foolproof way is to go through a proxy that gives you a permanent residential ip address, I do this and it works, I have VPS going through a residential proxy as well.

I have found with both Amazon and eBay a VPS on its own is successful as well and can be used on any computer on any ip address anywhere in the world and they just see the ip address of your server.

Both solutions are a little more expensive and they are are successful.

SaiJin right I like to always go with the best if I’m buying a tv or anything saves you money in the long run that’s why I use Ipburger and I plan on adding another 3-4 fresh ips to my account you get what you pay for is what I have learned in life.

I run few accounts with NordVPN all different Dedicated IPs, the price is fair, its working for more that 2 years now with no issues. They have option to close the browser or any apps you choose if the VPN connection drops. Highly recommended but it's always good to use different services or providers. Be creative and smart when running multiple accounts

Obligatory preface: I registered PureVPN (smokin' deal) before I knew about this community.
I'm 1 week into my PureVPN commitment, so I can still cancel before my 30 day. I will use my dedicated IP to verify a PP/eBay account within the next few days.
1) If my IP is black-listed, can I still register & verify?
2) If I am blacklisted, but can register/verify, how long after verification before I know whether or not my IP is black-listed?
3) Can someone seasoned recommend that I should cancel and not even try?

Yes, they are still the only one made for stealth.

Grab a residential IP if you're creating accounts

I can also just change my whole IP address by contacting my internet service provider right? I’m only going to make one new account. I got my account suspended due to performance standards and I sell items that are not high risk such as toys..so if I make sure not to have any late orders with an account with my bfs real details I don’t see how my account would be banned right?

Be cautious as many of the free VPN's are blacklisted as so many people have used them and been banned, you are better off paying a little extra and having your own dedicated one.

I wish more people would tell people exactly what's said above here...
