| jack702 | 03-29-2016 05:38 PM | VPN provider ???'s Is VPN the best route to go?
I think it would cost me more than cell tethering BUT I like the setup better and not accidently forgetting to reset the IP on the mifi/cell devices.
So my question is ( for US people ), what company is best for VPNs? Does location matter? Like if I say my business and address is in Nevada - don't I want my IP to be coming from there as well???
I really want to have the best info and answers up front so that I'm not wasting time and money and getting other accounts linked or flagged. |
| phaz0rz | 03-29-2016 05:49 PM | Re: VPN provider ???'s 24vc is the best VPN provider for our purposes because 24vc was developed for stealthers, by stealthers. Their prices are easily justified by the huge profits you can generate using their services.
As for location, only the country matters. Meaning if you're using a USA ebay account you need a USA IP. It doesn't matter which state the IP is said to be "located in". IP geolocation is just educated guessing anyway, lol.
VPN's are easier and more convenient, reliable, secure, scalable, and accessible than mifi/tethering. |

| Regardless of whether you are in the USA or another country, your location is fine so long as the IP is within the same country. It is how you operate the account that matters. When you get going, you have to be aware of never signing in from a strange location with a different IP.
The question of what is the best VPN is subjective.
But to aid stealth users, we have access to a fine service. Here is the profile of the user who offers the service. eBay Suspension & Paypal Limited Forums - View Profile: 123

Let me know if you have further questions.
Good Luck with your stealth journey.

Re: VPN provider ???'s OP, if you are in the US...you can use options like cellphone tethering and dongle use. |

I thought VPNs while more costly, would be the better route to go. More reliable better and you don't have to worry about forgetting to reset your IP constantly. |
| celebrityphotos4you | 03-30-2016 05:03 PM | Re: VPN provider ???'s Yes, one fresh IP for each eBay/PayPal pair. You can even "nickname" them to the eBay Userid name if you want. But definitely good to have different IPs and you won't forget about resetting your IP constantly.
I just bought two Fresh IPs from 24vc from these forums and it was pretty easy to install and check if connection occurred. |

Always one IP per account.
Keep in mind you need to take extra steps to set up the VPN to not disconnect.
If you are going run multiple accounts, I strongly suggest different ways pf accessing the internet |
Re: VPN provider ???'s @jack, don't use the free VPN services by the way...tend to be overused and blacklisted possibly. |
| mtproducts | 03-31-2016 05:14 AM | Re: VPN provider ???'s Personally there are cheaper, i wont mention names but if you do your home work you'll find world wide VPN which offer the same service.

Please |
| fuzzylogik | 04-03-2016 07:03 AM | Re: VPN provider ???'s nVPN is also a good option as dedicated IP's are offered and also Dynamic. |
Re: VPN provider ???'s Cheap VPN's are abused and many are blacklisted by EBay/PayPal....so it's hot you guys to decide what you want, cheap or high quality. |
| RosieTosie | 04-03-2016 03:28 PM | Re: VPN provider ???'s Exactly, be cheapskates over the VPN service you buy now and your accounts will, more than likely go down before you have even had chance to make money from them. It is vital that you get these early stages of setting up your accounts right this forum is here to help you do that with good advice that has already been proven many by other forum users. |
| empirestate | 04-03-2016 03:34 PM | Re: VPN provider ???'s The only safe vpn to recommend is 24vc because they offer fresh, never been used IPs... I would say Cellular IPs are still the best than 24vc though specially when you have a large pool like Verizon. |
| ebayanna607 | 04-10-2016 03:54 PM | Re: VPN provider ???'s why not buy elite proxies? |
| empirestate | 04-10-2016 04:13 PM | Re: VPN provider ???'s most elite proxies are overused and abused, not if you can make your own though like i do... |
| jack702 | 04-10-2016 11:31 PM | Re: VPN provider ???'s I went with 24vc, will use them based on all the recommendations.
I only intend on running 3-5 accounts max at this point.
Will always make sure I use a fresh IP for each account.
Will always check IP before logging into eb/pp.
Any other issues I would need to worry about? |
| aspkin | 05-26-2016 08:33 PM | Re: VPN provider ???'s Nah, while 24vc can be costly, it's solid. |
| franknu | 06-07-2016 01:35 AM | Can I Re-use Ip addresss I have static Ip address but already used them , I had some accounts shut down on some of those Ip address, I was just wondering if it is possible to use new accounts on those ip address. It is a pain to pay every time to comcast for new IP address any update there |
| dan_ebay | 06-07-2016 10:14 AM | Re: VPN provider ???'s Don't really like putting down someones business who's on here but in the interest of fairness I'm going to have to say 24vc is far too expensive.
I'm making a fairly considerable sum on ebay but still the thought of buying 40-50 vpns for I don't even know how much as I've not looked for a while but like $1000? It sends a shiver down my spine, $1000 straight out of my profit just for some vpns? Nooo thanks, I can get a monthly article published on a huge news site like huffpo or the guardian for that to advertise my website and still get change.
Secondary problems:
A vpn is not safer than a dongle, many many people use 3g these days, logging in with a different IP all the time is completely normal whereas logging on with a VPN isn't normal, ebay/paypal can see when you're on a VPN as illustrated by a recent thread on here. Even logging on the same normal internet connection is probably less normal than having a different IP every time.
Accidentally not resetting the IP will in no way get your account banned, not once in the last year or so of logging on 20+ accounts per day with 2-3 dongles have I had a account banned for that when I don't even check the IPs.
There's no proof this guys IPs are fresh anyway, fair enough hes trusted by a lot of members but I seem to remember a thread of someone going byebyes with a lot of money on here that was trusted also.
tldr: waste of money,not needed,not safer |

there's a reason why its so cheap |

I am trying now. ExpressVPN CS is really amazing. Always Live chat with the real employee. The thing is sometimes i received the same IPS but i keep record of the ips. If i receive the one which i got before then i disconnect and connect again till getting the new one or change it to closest location or login lets say 1h after to the closest location or closest city. So new IP i got always. I am they are relocating them always but this is the best what i found. What about VPS??? I am trying to build 5 accounts with 5 VPS accounts? |

Last one didn't work and I paid $60 upfront so I wouldn't have to pay the setup fee so I was out the full amount because support says it can't be from the IP. Switched over to cell tethering and no problems setting up accounts but it's a slower connection :/
