I'm 1 week into my PureVPN commitment, so I can still cancel before my 30 day. I will use my dedicated IP to verify a PP/eBay account within the next few days.
1) If my IP is black-listed, can I still register & verify?
2) If I am blacklisted, but can register/verify, how long after verification before I know whether or not my IP is black-listed?
3) Can someone seasoned recommend that I should cancel and not even try?

Cancel it and try the above advice. If still face issues then ipburger is your way towards success. I'm using it and it's super easy to manage. I know it costs money but I'm getting sound worryless sleep :)

Is IP Burger still the best? I want to make an account in my boyfriends name with all real details but I don’t want to get suspended. Can’t eBay track if your using a VPN?

Yes, they are still the only one made for stealth.

Grab a residential IP if you're creating accounts

I can also just change my whole IP address by contacting my internet service provider right? I’m only going to make one new account. I got my account suspended due to performance standards and I sell items that are not high risk such as toys..so if I make sure not to have any late orders with an account with my bfs real details I don’t see how my account would be banned right?

What is your IP provider?

If your provider has a dynamic IP, yes you can do that.

And if you just work from home only then it's no problem.

With IPburger you can take your laptop anywhere to work which is one of the benefits

I think it would cost me more than cell tethering BUT I like the setup better and not accidently forgetting to reset the IP on the mifi/cell devices.

So my question is ( for US people ), what company is best for VPNs? Does location matter? Like if I say my business and address is in Nevada - don't I want my IP to be coming from there as well???

I really want to have the best info and answers up front so that I'm not wasting time and money and getting other accounts linked or flagged.

I think VPN 24vc is the best Iv been using for years and never had any problems :)

Try to use quality one, because if you buy a cheap one eBay and Paypal block you soon.

Residential IPs agreed - multilogin, not needed

You don't need a multilogin.

a new user ACC with residential IP is more than good and stable

Be cautious as many of the free VPN's are blacklisted as so many people have used them and been banned, you are better off paying a little extra and having your own dedicated one.

I wish more people would tell people exactly what's said above here...

But usually people just wanna cut corners, get in trouble and ended up wasting time, money and energy before they listen to us.

Re: VPN provider ???'s

Using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) can be a good option for enhancing privacy and security when accessing the internet. It can help mask your IP address, encrypt your internet connection, and provide anonymity online.

The server locations offered by the VPN provider can affect your browsing experience. If you want your IP address to appear as if it's coming from Nevada, selecting a VPN server located in Nevada would be beneficial. Most reputable VPN providers offer servers in multiple locations, so you can typically choose the desired location for your IP address.

VPN services typically require a subscription fee. It's important to compare pricing plans, features, and the number of simultaneous connections offered to find the best fit for your budget and requirements. Additionally, keep in mind that using a VPN might result in slightly slower internet speeds due to the encryption and routing processes.

Not really. I try to keep things simple and suggest only things that I know works and have been working for me.
