eBay, would they be able to link this? HELP :)

First off, i have used the paypal and ebay app on my iphone with a banned account but i have deleted them now for a while. If i get a amazon fire tablet then use my new stealth account on the ebay and paypal web sites on the tablet whilst being on my iphones hotspot. Would they be able to track/ link the account? Any help would be appreciated lots!!

If understood correct + if you follow stealth guide and its procedures, then no, it shouldnt link. But I advise using a different ISP, since you've been using that iphone's ISP with a banned account.

They shouldn't link, but you do need to be careful next time and maybe track all the ip addresses. Did you write down the IP address that you had when you were banned. ISP's sometimes use the same IP address a few months later (rare, but it does occur) so you just have to make sure it doesn't come up again

@plebodias, welcome to the forum. Besides the advice given above, never again use the eb or pp apps for the new accounts - they're not healthy for the life of accounts

Nah, that won't link accounts, you'll be fine.
