Money stuck in Entropay - how to get out?

I can't seem to get my money back out of entropay

Verified email address, added a bank account...

It says I don't have enough funds to withdraw!

Any tips on how to get it out or spend it?


I signed up with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name / date of birth / everything so not sure where to even spend it

Just email support. I had an account locked with a large amount of money in it & they sorted it for me

You have money on a vcc and you want to withdraw?

Use TransferWise. You can upload the money to the borderless bank account and then transfer to any other bank account

Ugh I hate Entropay. So glad I don't need to use them anymore.

first contact there support and second you can use your entropay card directly to paypal or anywhere to withdraw your funds

i never faced any problem with entropay about withdrawing may be you are not doing it right

and also if you want to sell your funds i can buy it as i need entropay acc since it close for other countries

i meant it was closed earlier for some countries but now ya it for everyone :/ since they are best i want to buy the acc
