entropay reopen?

i was thinking since entropay was successful may be they decided they continue there business outside of europe so the new EAA rules wont limit there clients

what do you think

Wishful thinking, plenty alternatives out there, I thought Indian Banks give free VCC to their customers?

One of the Indian banks - either ICC or the other one HCFC (something like that) has some kind of free VCC service I remember...

indian banks are crap in compare to europe bank very few bank offer that and you have need have a credit card and mostly vcc are not international due to govt polices :/
