Urgently require help, entropay is disabled.
Withdraw money from my PayPal to entropay successful for a year now they are asking why there is a cross name mismatch. I have 2k withdraw from PayPal. Ur not hit my entropay acc yet as they have disabled it until I email them.
Any ideas on how to go about this ??

make an excuse that my partner paypal withdraw in my entropay i didnt knew your policy etc etc they are closing anyway so they will allow you to withdraw your funds via bank

It's normal, just come up with some excuse like I gave the card details to my son so I can control his finances. They won't break your balls about it and should release your money
