Hi,

I am new to this forum. Can anyone please let me know the VCC which works in India for international transactions? VCC without AVS will be more suitable to me but fine with AVS too. I was using entropay earlier but now it's dead.

Anyone know where is come from this BIN 5124 83 ?

I bought few vcc's from one guy in diffrent forum and he send me always vcc start of this number 512483 but vcc is only for 2-3months...

Google for "bin checker" and there are few sites that can check the BIN of a card.

Hello! Does anybody know, CryptoPay VCC is still valid to link it to stealth US paypal for withdrawals? I'm going to buy stealth ebay/paypal, but I don't know which bank account or card I can link for it. I'm not US citizen.

Sadly, no without AVS... My guess is we won't have Entropay 2.0 anytime soon... :/

Have you guys tried to link an iCard Visa VCC to their PP Stealth under a mismatch name and address?

I have tried to link the card but I keep getting the same error messages.

"This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method."

And sometimes, I also get this:

"Your card has been declined. Please try a different method."

Can someone please help? Are you sure I can link an iCard card under a mismatch name and address?

Not sure but this may work not sure if there is a VAS attached, maybe someone has tried it.

did anyone try these VCC services to buy on Amazon? Are the payments working or are they blocked? Entropay was fine, then i tried Neteller and it doesnt work. At the moment i´m subscribing to Revolut but maybe you know better which service would do for me:

Just used Revolut to add (virtual card) Mastercard to Paypal UK.

Address is real, but name isn't. Card went thru ok, but shows up as pre-paid in PP.
