Ebay verification doesnt go through

Been thinking about all of that I read here, and decided to give it a try today. I opened entropay, got some funds into it, made some cc's. So I go to paypal.at, open an account, all goes fine. Then I go to ebay.at, and in the process of making of an acc, they ask for CC number, say it wont be charged, and it fails. Any ideas ?

Some CCs do not work any more, some still do.
