So I have been using entropay for the last 3 months, a week ago they decided to put my account on hold for absolutely no reason and so they asked for my id..ect, I sent them everything and they were very nice and took my account off hold. 48 hours later they put my account on hold again with over $400 in it. They have given me no explanation for it and when I email them they keep sending me the same email over and over again saying that "my account is on hold". Has this happened to anybody before?

I have already sent them everything and when I email them for more information as to why my account is on hold they keep sending me this same exact email.
