Entropay Account On Hold For The Second Time, Wont Release My Funds.

So I have been using entropay for the last 3 months, a week ago they decided to put my account on hold for absolutely no reason and so they asked for my id..ect, I sent them everything and they were very nice and took my account off hold. 48 hours later they put my account on hold again with over $400 in it. They have given me no explanation for it and when I email them they keep sending me the same email over and over again saying that "my account is on hold". Has this happened to anybody before?

I have already sent them everything and when I email them for more information as to why my account is on hold they keep sending me this same exact email.

the ID thing is pretty standard, almost everyone gets it, and you just submit and there arent any probs usually...is there something wrong with id, is it real id? the only thing I can think of is they have a problem with your ID

The USA cannot use entropay, due to gambling regulations... But, if they think you're not in the USA....

yeah everyone says that US cant use entropay but I have been using it for 3 months with US IPs and my real US address, name info ect... I tried signing up last year but I couldn't because I was from US but when I tried signing up in 2010 they let me sign up and I have been using them since like January.

Also I already got the ID thing last week and my account was put off hold (i sent them all of my real info, real id, real cc pic, real utility bill ect..). Now it is on hold again after I already went through all of the ID verification.

how does entropay work? its basically a prepaid card, which gets sent to your real address, so you can register it with ebay/paypal?

wont they just see this as another card, registered to the same address...?

entropay allows you to make a virtual credit card. You use your real ID with a credit or debit card to fund it and then make a vcc to use for paypal/ebay.

So a few days ago I logged into my entropay account and noticed that my balance had gone down from over $400 to $272. I checked the statement and saw a whole bunch of these "Customer Representative Debit Adjustment"...they were taking my money little by little. So I emailed them immediately and asked them straight out why they were taking my money...all I got was an email telling me to send in the SAME documents which I had sent them a week before... A day later (today).. my account is off hold and the money that is left from my original balance of over $400...which was only $272 was available to me....Soooo I went to a few online stores and bought me a few things and emptied out the account before they decided to put it on hold again....my account has 47 cents in it left..the can have it since they are so desperate for cash..

yes. they took a whole bunch of small amounts (between $5-$6)

and they werent fees, eg transfer fees from your funding source?

?$138 in fees. That's stupid. Were all transactions in US dollars or some in other currencies?

No they weren't any type of fees. They simply went into my account and took my money...literally..that is all there is to it...When I asked them about it in 3 different emails they just changed the subject and never actually answered any of my questions... but after going through weeks of their BS I am not mad about it anymore...I just wanted to be done with them and now I am..
