hi i have just opened up entropay vcc and tried to use it to verify pp but it says card details rejected ask your bank etc,i used the long number,exspiry date and 3 digit cvf...do i have to load the card first to be able to use it..

You need to have $3.00 suggested amount on it - you can't verify with a $0 card

thanks..i loaded it up and verifyd pp,now i'm fully veryfied,account limits lifted,eBay Stealth been up and running nearly 2 weeks,got a cupple of feedback,everything ok upto now..fingers crossed
