Entropay should reach an agreement with a paypal or they will loose many custommers.

Any updates? Anyone confirm any of the 26 countries that do debit withdrawal as working with entropay?

Still the same, try to email cardproblems@paypal.com and beg them to allow this...

He made my day too :D. With the number of scammers using entro, it had to stop one day. All that can happen is that someone in Entro uses his brain, and gets new vcc numbers

looks like this situation has occurred more than 2 months
but I do not understand why sometimes I still be able to add card (the 26 countries that do debit withdrawal)
I guess there is still work and not finish last

Tried Bulgaria PP today, didn't work.
Anyone can give us an updated infos of which countries are still working?

yes as the post says in last 20 minutes from that time, i confirmed them 2 today brasil yesterday. what paypal are you setting up , as its not paypal as ive done 3 countries in last 2 days.

I've just created a PREMIER Brazilian PP account, but didn't add a VCC to it yet.
The fact is that when I click on ''Withdraw'' I don't have the CREDIT/Debit Card option, it offers me to transfer to a Bank account only.

Sorry to bother again, but can you please confirm that PP Brazil allows Withdraw to CC/VCC, and if yes, can you please let me know how it works?

hi quick judgement was trying to help, you could before it has changed ( i had us bank account attached anyway) .Forget Brasil ,Romania and latvia 100% work.I only sign up business accounts and i have entropay gold accounts (60,000Euro a month limits) im not sure if that would effect the card numbers.

I was able to verify san marino, but instantly limited when i recieved funds. Either they are geo locating IPs now (i'm not from SM). or they dont like EP, and limit for further verification.

Did they asked to link a new CC after they limited your account?

And what are you using to login your account in San Marino (VPN, Proxy..) ?

Lithuania and Luxembourg is still not working...

Can you guys tell me that when you open a paypal account in another coutry to where you are how do you get around the ip. Does this matter. ie i am in spain what would happen if i try to open a paypal in Luxembourg.

Older accounts (registered with Ent-Pay before this issue) are still working strongly and healthy or does this affect all accounts no matter when where they registered?

Older accounts are working, no problem. You can also register paypal in any contry that does not support withdraw to CC, using Entro

This only happens for the countries which supports a withdraw to CC and when you try to add a card,it gives this error.

Strange thing is that Entropay is still working with Paypal for me for old accounts - I have 2 VCCs that are expiring at the end of this month and I will post you guys if I will be able to update their information ! In the mean time please check the alternative links down here ! I am located in Bulgaria ! Best Regards !

Also as everyone has noticed yet - the problem has began when Entropay start updating their site for the second time in the last 2 months ! Also I am sure that neither Paypal , neither Entropay want to quit making money from us and all other customers , so they will find a solution of this issue soon !

It is because you already added them,it happens when you try to add them.

i think entropay is dead, even if you manage to verify you account, you account will be limited once you receive payment.

Same thing here, in several countries. Might be an IP issue (never had a problem before) but more likley they are flagging all EP accounts in these counties. Back to the drawing board!

They ask for documents... Even once I submitted they restricted the account without appeal. *******s.

I had a San Marino account suspended yesterday with 175 Euro in it. As soon as I recieved the money..BANG! I was limted, and askek me to send the above docs...If anyone can help with this, it would be great

think they now identified entropay as blacklisted VCC and anyone using it will have to provide more documents to proceed

yes, after adding entropay, u wait 1-5 days , even before you add the 4 digit code, you will get limited .. ITS DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wonder if using another gift card to verify and then add entropay vcc as a secondary card for withdrawal will work or not

i got limit when i add vcc to my paypal account, actually i dont know is vcc its created from entropay or no, because i buy from vcc seller in indonesia,,,:D

i want to create new paypal account and that what i get "limited"...:(

oh well, alot of vcc is dead now , specially if you can buy online easily.. so it might be entropay or not

give me the first 7 digits of the vcc and i will tel you if it is Entropay
