How are you guys getting these new bin numbers from Ep? can i just email thier support and ask without raising a red flag. mine always start with 4067 which i know is flagged with paypal :(

I have a problem with my PayPal account, I used entropay vcc to verify my pp account and to withdraw money to it over the last year but the entropay card expired and it already renewed by entropay.

Yesterday I tried to withdraw money to entropay vcc but I noticed that its expired, so I tried to edit the card information through paypal but the card balance was empty, then I removed the card from my paypal account and created a new vcc on entropay then when I entered it in my paypal account I got this message:

While I was trying to add the card my account got limited and I received this email from Paypal;

My entropay vcc always start with these numbers 4067427

So what is happening and how to remove the limit on my pp account? they are asking to verify my credit card, but as I mentioned I got that error message!

i think for UK is alright.

Entropay gives another numbers based on a country (ip) where you are from. So basicly, if you want another bin number, change your ip to a country that you need, and make a new account. Beware, entropay uses snare, so you have to start really clean with this

so if you are telling them the correct way, means soon ALL EP BIN will get BAN

My entropay numbers both start 4101626, I used one for PP in August no probs. Yet to try the other.

Please try the other one and let me know the outcome, they have denied all my entropay vcc.

its already ban, once i add the entropay vcc into my paypal account, it got limited right away , its better to find another vcc type rather than waste your time here

Sorry for that, but do you have different country and address location on your entropay account from your country and address on your PayPal account?

It's quite obvious that "certain company" reads this forum. Having spreaded such info in public was not a good idea and IMHO it was indeed backfire. It might have hit the "block" button.

yes, its useless now, try other cards will get u better results

even with other cards, it will be useless if there is no way to withdraw the funds with it

that is because using entropay. somehow i feel 180 days is sooooooooooo loooooongggggg

Just wanted to add that EP also doesn't work in Poland. Just to make things clear: you can't withdraw the money to VCC in Poland, it works only for a bank account.

When I tried to make a withdrawal, PP asked me to confirm another CC, because they noticed "unusual operations" on my CC. At first I thought it was because my EP cards had sometimes balance of below 1 euro. But it also raises a flag for a higher balance.

Anyway, when I try to confirm another EP card, I get RXI019, because of "unusual operations". If I use a real bank CC there are no problems.

All my EP cards start at 4313801. One older PP account verified with EP card in March 2010 works by the way. I guess I will quit EntroPay for good. I recommend you do the same.

Estonia & Italy not working with entropay now

Entropay started working on paypal for like 1-2 weeks and now does not work again wtf...

Ive contacted them to ask for the new virtuals issuied by Transact network but they say to me that only theire plastic cards are issuied from transact network , maybe we will see some changes after some times , i think that entropay loose money since paypal have banned theire BIN's with new virtuals entropay could bypass it .

look I am getting tired of this united nations chorus of 'entropay no worky in my country'.

For withdrawals it is finished, for adding to pay fees and buy etc, it is ok in most countries...

vcc do not work for withdrawal only bank issued real cards, in some countries remaining.

I can verify cortex may be right about christian, I tested a couple of things he said to me, admittedly a while after he said they worked, and they did not work, it may be the rules are changing rapidly or maybe it is just a method difference...
