Entropay account ..??????

it is not working, will get limited immediately or cant even add cards

i want to verify Malaysia PayPal account .......

it will work but mostly for european countries i guess.

It worked for me. I am in the U.K. All i had to do was verify the vcc by paypal removing £1 and they give you a 4 digit code which you enter into paypal

I too was having some issues linking Entropay cards to my PayPal accounts. It was coming back saying they could not link as they could not verify address. However i found a good technique that seems to work for me.
When you add your card to PayPal, do not link it strainght away. Wait a few minutes.
The go through the profile tab and click on link my card. When it takes you to the next page wait for 1 minute before clicking on the link button. Works for me, let me know if it works for you

What country you tried to register? Was it a country that allows withdraws to CC or now? When ever i try to register country that allows I get limited within 1-2min...

All you have to do is match the zip code of the VCC to the paypal address. Make sure the NUMBERS are the same. /faceplam.

you mean as long as the zipcode you registered on your EP card is the same as your paypal account, it won't get limited?
