Entropay want id docs

Entropay are asking me for id docs like bank statement of the card that i am using to fund the ac and photo id. my card and my 1 and 2nd initial and my surname, BUT I opened the entropay account writing my name in full, so obviosuly the difference here is

my card has my 1st and 2nd initial followed by my surname

my entropay account has my first name followed by my surname

so obivisouly they dont match, will entropay cause a fuss when i send the docs?

As long as the ID supplied has the names to match the entropay details, there should be no problem.....

Like, entropay account might be: S.L.Bunny and you can supply the ID of (S)illy (L)ittle Bunny. Still matches, so should not be a problem

so as long as the 1st and and last name matches, entropay are not too bothered about the middle name

i sent the docs across inc picture id and account is back to normal do they share the info with ebay?
