entropay close account no reason provied
 

hello,


i received a email this morning telling me that my account was being closed with £2000 in it beacause they couldnt accept the documents provided the only issue is..... i never provided any documents norr was i asked.
I contacted them and they said they couldnt do anything sorry good bye.


Have i just lost £2000 and the fees i paid to put the moeny in?

That's the first I have heard off.

I have been with entropay since 2008.
It's been okay, not had any major problems.

Why don't you email them and find out the exact reason.

Did you make this account in your real details?

You do know you are not allowed to receive money (from paypal) into your entropay account?

yes account in 100% real details, why is it you cant receive money from paypal? Mismatch names? i never received any money

Entropay rules dont allow you to receive money into Entropay or your account gets closed.

Have you tried purchasing items with the card the money is on? Usually it gets blocked though.

i had a message in withthem about 3 days ago and i used that this morning and got a response but ever since then i havent got a response. around 11

Sounds like there is more to this story than you are letting on. They don't just close your account for uploading £2000.

Now, if you uploaded £2000 which takes you over £1900 they would want docs, if you provided them moody ones, bye bye £2k.

uploaded them by Visa credit, i literally just received a response from them saying that there was some sort of glitch and they have since restored the account.
