In addition to that, you’ll also need full bank account details for the person the new Etsy account will be registered to.

Yes, choose a country where instead of full ID verification, Etsy asks you to simply connect a Payoneer account. You’ll only need to add the card number, all the personal details are pulled directly from your Payoneer profile. That’s how I’ve been doing it with Ukraine.

You can register your Etsy account to Ukraine, and choose to sell either only to the USA or worldwide, depending on your preference.

The shipping location can be from Ukraine, the USA, or even China, it doesn't matter.
Just keep in mind that countries like Ukraine (from Etsy’s supported list) will receive payouts via Payoneer.

Yes, exactly Etsy doesn’t ask for any ID in Ukraine at all. It just pulls the necessary information directly from your Payoneer account. Nothing else is required during registration.
