eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - New etsy accounts successfully made

Can anyone confirm 100% if im making canadian etsy stealth does the vcc HAVE to be CANADIAN? Or can i use any old vcc from marketplace here?

I think all sold here are from India, UK and USA.

I have questions about my recent experiences with Etsy and PayPal. My Etsy account, created a month ago, is performing well, but access for associated individuals has been limited for unknown reasons. I have a seven-month-old PayPal account with a small negative balance, previously linked to a suspended Etsy account. If I change the PayPal email and link it to my successful new Etsy account, will there be any issues? I seek clarification on whether Etsy can link the modified PayPal account. Thank you.

I don't think that using the same paypal is a good idea.

reusing an old pp is not an ideal solution - though adding a new email to the old pp might decrease chance of linking
