Without any reason my ETSY store is suspended
 

I had opened an ETSY store on November 20th.

Till today morning everything was correct. Even i had posted 45+ products on my store. but suddenly in the evening my shop status is showing your account is suspended"

I don't know where i did any mistake.

Please advise me what to do in this situation.

Hard to pinpoint exactly what happened without more details. In what category were you selling? Any problems with customers?

I was selling, wooden handicrafts made by our artisans. And unfortunately not a single sale was triggered so far. And most surprisingly there is NO mail or communication from them. Even they don't have any live chat or phone number.

Did you take the Photos from another website?
Did you Login two different accounts from the same pc?

Does your item look the same as the products sold on any other seller's shop?

yes my bill is PAID and i also payed my current bill dues as well

thats odd that there was no communication whatsoever. Check your email (even the spam folder) or check your etsy dashboard.

i am continuously checking my mail box and junk both. but NO success.

Is there any remedy ? how to contact them being as eCommerce portal why they don't have any live chat or customer care number ?

I notice that 80% of Indian people who create stealth accounts from etsy or ebay they get suspended, i only have one thing in mind. All the IPs from that country are red flag.

Looks like all the people from that country have open so many accounts that got suspended before.

Start all over again, and get a good VPN service from any other country out of India.

I am using Static IP.

But, I don't think IP change should be any valid reason for suspension of account.

Once etsy suspended your account they never reopen your account.so best solution is make new account for etsy.

My account has been also suspended in October.so I use new internet connection ,new PayPal and new device.

I restored 5 suspended accounts.

For OP: if you don’t have an email from them, contact them and ask them if there’s an issue on their behalf( even if it’s not, that’s what you want to ask)

you will have to make an effort to contact them via social media. try twitter and facebook. i see people posting issues on their twitter account and someone from etsy usually replies in a day. its better than nothing and worth a shot if it is an account you want to save.

i got my 2 accounts suspended last week as a couple of buyers opened cases of not recieved items , 4 in total , i had tracking for 2 of them , it happened on the friday morning ,i was online allnight i noticed i had no sales in the nighttime 99.9% of the time i get sales from 1am to 9am , i had nothing i had no notice saying account suspened, Then 4pm suspened signs came up ,I called Etsy up i suggest you dont call from the UK ,phone bill after 3 calls £145. spent most of the time waiting once through got brushed off , If anybody has dealt with ebay customer services its the same,
basically told me another department would look into it , i refunded everybody even those i had sent tracking numbers, i know they all wil have their items now. I sent about 20 emails through the customer services section , i didnt stop bombarding them , i finally got a reply saying they were going to open my account back up again ,i think if you have a genuine reason and dont give up hassling them then you can get your account opened back up, I make my living on etsy its my bread and butter, it felt like my world was ending ,luckily i found this site while searching for cases of other people in the same boat ,now iam buying ebay stealth and love this site, it has given me alot of insight into getting back online (Ebay) and opening other accounts to have a safty net.
