I did really really well on there, quit my job. I started back Oct last year. Had 250 orders a month. Had one idiotic customer who ordered the same thing 9 days apart. Messaged me on Friday night- and I couldn’t get back to her until Monday, my shop stated I was open m-f 8-5
Monday morning I get on, she had already left a bad review for the first item and opened a case against my shop. Told me I had the worst customer service she’d ever dealt with. My policy’s also stated I didn’t give refunds for cancellations after 48 hours and it had been 6 days. I’ve seen a lot of shops state no refunds if a negative review is left. I told her that it was too late to cancel but I could make an exception if she took down/edited her review. She mentioned this on the case and I didn’t think anything of it. Tuesday morning I go to get on my phone and I can’t log on.
I received an email your shop is closed and your selling privileges are revoked we wish you the best of luck. I sent emails until I heard back from a person and she was a jerk, said I was done for extortion and it’s likely that customer won’t come back and blah blah. It was a $34 order, they made $2-$3? I paid them $12k last year. I’m in the middle of writing my appeal, but I’m not sure as it’s the second time. So this is actually my first post because If been researching a stealth option. |
