What happens to funds when Etsy account is suspended?

Etsy uses the managed payments system, and I wanted to know what happens to funds that are still being held and not yet released when an account gets limited.

PayPal releases your funds after 180 days of limitation, but what about Etsy?

If you fulfill the orders and you don’t have any open cases resulting in refunds during the 180day period, they’ll usually send your money.
If you do have open cases resulting in refunds they will refund the customers and bill you from that amount and you’ll get less or none( depending on number or refunds, right?)

Now, that’s what they say. Every case is different.

since Etsy is accepting your customer payment and they usually use their credit card,your fund would be withheld for 180 days,
