I have done everything you have mentioned. I have purchased the banned gladiators book and always did the steps in the guide and never had any problems. I have opened lots of accounts the same way. I have also used a recurring card. Its is confirmed the method does not work. Unless your a genie and make yours work then **** more power to you.
I can always publish the whole guide here but that would be me going against my word when I bought the guide, so please spare me the it works bs cause it has not recently. Look at the recent post nothing is working atm.
