wondering the same i have credit card of my sister we share the same last name and address and that's what scares me i don't intend to pay fees with it i have new paypal account to pay fees.

they can't read the personal info from your credit card number, they just can cost a small fee to check if your credit card works, i am using visal credit card to register and cost me a small fee and my shop still works i was input random name and random address

to see if your card is valid,it will swipe your card and see what are the AVS return codes ,IT WILL not submit the charge so after 30 days,the charge will drop off.
You see gas station does that

The online platform can only see the true name if you provide it.

The card is VCC for stealth account.

You guys are saying I can just get a new credit card from the same bank I used on my previous etsy banned account because etsy can't see who my ID details with my credit card numbers??

Then just need to put f@ke names on etsy with the new credit card?

Thats what I have been doing but just waiting for someone to say its really safe and not through up some flags. Also I think using same phone number idk.

I mean i done it Ike that in the past no issues but no I think my vpn sucks idk
