I have ebay and etsy acct that I sell the same items in competition with another seller, he "claims" to be an authorized seller. On both ebay and etsy I just received a threat to stop selling or he will inform (etsy and Ebay) of this issue and also will inform copyright holder.

So: How do I find out if there is trademark or copyright on these items.
Since he is NOT the trademark holder, what will ebay and etsy do? He claimed I was using some of his pictures (turns out out of 61 listins, 5 of them had his picture - since has been changed to my picture)

Any feedback appreciated.

I have no idea what kind of action the platforms are going to take, or if they'll even be receptive to this guy's complaints. But those are the places you need to go to search trademarks/copyrights.
