 Copyright
I have ebay and etsy acct that I sell the same items in competition with another seller, he "claims" to be an authorized seller. On both ebay and etsy I just received a threat to stop selling or he will inform (etsy and Ebay) of this issue and also will inform copyright holder.
So: How do I find out if there is trademark or copyright on these items.
Since he is NOT the trademark holder, what will ebay and etsy do? He claimed I was using some of his pictures (turns out out of 61 listins, 5 of them had his picture - since has been changed to my picture)
