New etsy cc issue

I created etsy account successfully but after few days, they asked me to provide another cc..i have tried to add a new cc many times but still the same error. Any help?

I used vcc and the account was gone the next day.
Did you use vcc or real credit cards?

WHAT ERROR are you getting?
I think Etsy does AVS check
