eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - How long does esty keep your money?

Hi,
As suggested by the title I got suspended for an IP infringement.
My question is how long does etsy keep yours funds and when would they release them if I got suspended today?
And what's the best to do with standing orders? Ship them or refund them?

best is to ask Etsy,since they are the one who suspended you

Etsy can answer that. I should have funds released in 3 days from what they told me, i had a 90 day suspension

What do you mean you had 90 days suspension?
Did they lift the ban after 90 days or transferred the funds?
