Can I restart my iPhone for a different IP address each time I want to toggle between accounts? When I restart my iPhone I get a new ipv6 and iPv4 each time

You dont needs to restart just put on flight mode and then nornal it will change your ip

or switch mobile data off then back on

Don't forget to record all the IPs being used. It is possible to get the same IP address twice (its not common but it can happen).

This doesn't always work in my experience... I tried it multiple times and kept getting the same IP until I enabled and disabled flight mode.
