etsy debt collectors

Anyone knwo if etsy will go to debt collectors or try to take money from my bank account or hows it going to be, its ~1.2k item that i lost the dispute.

They will try to get the money back anyway they can. Thats a fair bit of money

They are unlikely to go to debt collectors but I would empty your bank account quickly - they will shut you down

over a non received item, so if i empty my account what would be the next step they take, becouse i have used a creative id i wonder if it could get me into a trouble, they would do what, contact bank for my real identity or what

If they do snything it will be months rather than weeks. Your bank will tell them nothing but empty the account

To give them your 'real' info the bank must be served with a court order.
Court orders means lawyers which means big money. Toss in the fact its an international issue and youre talking a LOT more money.
No you have nothing to worry about in that respect.
id empty the bank account then close it for good measure. tell the bank your computer was hacked and youre worried someone might have access to that bank account. Good excuse to both shut a bank account down and open a new one in its stead on the spot.

so you mean if etsy contacted my bank for my details, they would have to go to court to get an order, if so is it only in usa or in the europe too?

Courts are courts everywhere. One cannot just go into a bank and ask for an account owner's information - no matter who or what they are.

My guess is that they will eventually sell bad debts to some company for very little money and these debt collectors hire an army of callers with computer listings to find you,

Please - just stop worrying - it was a stealth account, no one knows who you are. Empty the bank account and close it. In the very unlikely event of anyone contacting you and asking for Mr. Digmons your answer is 'I've never heard of him' End of story
