so you mean if etsy contacted my bank for my details, they would have to go to court to get an order, if so is it only in usa or in the europe too?
Etsy is not going to ask who is the true bank account holder,if the account is closed,the withdrawal transaction will bounce and Etsy will have bad debt on its books.
My guess is that they will eventually sell bad debts to some company for very little money and these debt collectors hire an army of callers with computer listings to find you,
